That plus the fact that the before pics were taken this afternoon during daylight hours

The last two above you can see an obvious shift in the color blue.

Overall the picture is definitely sharper to my eye. Again the camera may not be able to pick up the difference.
The bass is much better and the dialog is clearer. This is having only been on for less than an hour. -

Again the before and after pics were taken-before in the afternoon with daylight coming in through the shades and curtains. Now it is nighttime.

@pitdogg2
Yes it was. Again watch the video a few pages back. They say you can either put it back in place or not and leave it up to you. As you can see in the video they are using a different transformer than the one they use now. -
My apologies if I missed this, but did you upgrade the power cord. Your before/after pictures remind me of what happened when I upgraded to a Shunyata power cord on my Oppo 203. If not then a better power cord should really elevate your setup.Lumin X1 file player, Westminster Labs interconnect cable

Some of the after pics look a bit better, but this one definitely looks worse.Political Correctness'.........defined

I upgraded the power cord even before I got this unit. I just moved it to this one when I replaced the Oppo 103 with this one.

I can see a difference between what I am seeing with the naked eye and after I take the pic. These pics do not do justice to what is on the screen. Hence the reason why you cannot see too much of a difference here. -

The last one, the after shows the blue much better.
