Just to be clear I removed a total of 14 (yes you read that right-FOURTEEN) cables and two USB sticks front and rear from this thing in order to pull it out
-
First step is removing the 9 screws holding the top in place on the back
Then four more on the sides (two per side) -
I have just three connected to mine, plus the power cord. The Gear... Lift off the top panel -
Then out come the screws for the rca sockets holding the audio board above the transport and power boards
-
I’m using separate cups so I can halfway recall where all of this stuff goes again.
One of the screws holding that board is different from all of the others
What looks like a machine screw versus the other screws and it goes here👇🏾
-
Then out come the screws and cables holding this board in place. There are two round black plastic standoffs which hold the top cover up. You take off the plugs at the top and insert the screwdriver inside to remove those screws -
Then out comes that board -
-
Basically what I am doing here is watching the instructional video that I posted here in the thread from Clones Audio on YouTube while I am doing this step by step on my tablet and the pic blogging with my phone as I go along.
-
Then out come the 4 screws that hold the center barrier between the power supply and transport sections -
-
Next are the two screws holding the ac socket -
Next up are the six screws holding the cover for the switching power supply board. Three silver at the bottom and three black at the top. -
Out comes that board exposing the switching power supply

Time for a lunch break!
