    Allright for those who believe there should not be any difference sounding among ICs, I would take a challenge that I would be able to identify correctly the Kimber PBJ and the Kimber Hero with the Bryston 4bsst/ BP26 or the Krell 400xi. If those who want more I would throw in also the Silverstreak. I would do it for a prize not an el cheapo bs door prize. I am tired to read all the Laws of physics and electronics and the conclusion that there is zero diffrences between or among 1 meter cables. I have been thru all the arguemental BS with a bunch of more intelligent than idiots at the AVS forum. I have been riduculed, mocked, cursed at...you named it BUT when I was about to prove to them that I was not "wrong" by identifying the Kimber Kables with a GOOD PRICE for my time and my 20 years of toying with cables, they refused ot backed out. So, here we go again, if someone who likes to read spec and data testing, I am willing to make a challenge/ bet that there are differences among the PBJ, Hero, Silver Streak and I can identify them. Not a free freak show so no free demonstration.

    I remember that challenge. You required that they purchase about $10,000 worth of new sealed in box equipment for the comparison, and travel to Las Vegas. You would buy the cables. If you won, you would get to keep all the equipment, if you lost you would pay your own expenses. You offerred absolutely nothing to them if you lost. You also never said anything about any type of test protocol at all, just that it would all be done on your terms, and by your rules. Very fair of you.

    Oh, Welcome. What's the chance to win the lottery, Mr. Scientist? 120 miilion to 1 , perharps? These Scientist claims there is ZERO to none defferences within 1 meter cable pair? So, by my caveman's calculation my chance of winning by these "Scientists" is....you fill win a blank, mr. ? When I have ZERO chance to win by their scientific measurement and data, why they are affraid to loose 10K ? Is it fair that a cave who will have ZERO chance to identify the three cables asking for 10K ? When a person who makes a bet has Zero chance to win, even an idiot will take a bet ? I did not take any advance stastistic classes with my BBA when I was a youngster, but I know the answer.

    I will the same language your big brother Bruins29, here my answer: You question is a DESPARATE ATTEMPT FOR A DESPARATE MEASURE BY COMPARING FOOTBALLS AND CABLES. The difference is there will be a winning team and there will be a loosing team. I did not claim there is ZERO diffrence among cables , didn't I. Some idiotic vultures did, didn' they? Maybe I lie too. I was called a fraud, wasn't I? They wanted me to prove that they ware wrong, I gave them a challange for 2 weeks, either their balls are smaller than their mouths or they are a bunch of vultures within a small cage of their data and tesing. Also, how about the dude who probably never saw or heard the Martin Logan SL3 and the Appogee Duetta but he claimed the Carver TFM 25 will driver the SL3 and the Duetta as good as the Krell KVA 250 and again, his science's measurement told him that amp is just an amp then when I challenged this idiot, he the changed his tone and claimed the Carver is class H and the Krell is class A. AV science my **** ! I am a caveman but at least I did not misguide anyone with my idiotic and narrow frame of mind? Come on. bring your clouds over here. I am ready.

    It sounds like you have some good experience to share. I'd love to see it expressed in a non-hostile manner as I have learned a lot in this forum from those who respect, work, and play well with others.

    Well, I would respect my neighbour as much as he or she would respect me. Love thy neighbour, yes I do. When someone stated he/she can hear the difference among certain cablings or among amps, my response will be it's good for him/her and I wish he/she the best in finding what makes he/she a happy listener. I would not called he/she a FRAUD a LIAR before I have a valid proof. These vultures one after another one mocked, humiliated and litterally chased me as a guest out of their forum just because my belief and my experience not conforming with their "Science" square box of mind. Try it and you will see.

    I have been toying with Kimber Kables : PBJ, Hero, SilverStreak ( ICs) and 8TC for speaker cables. Not the best there is but I believe they are at the point of diminishing return.

    I know what you mean. Cable "overkill" will simply expose the next weakest link in the chain and you'll end up in the market for a new set of speakers, amp or source component. It sounds like you have some nice wires and cables.

    Well, these "scientists" humiliated me and also threatened a physical fight to another poster since we believe we can hear the difference in cablings, namely ICs. They believe that all cablings are recreated equally. My biggest issue is they claimed the all amps are created equally and the Carver TFM25 and the Krell KVa 250 will drive the Appogee Duetta and the Martin SL3 equally. I happened to own both amps and the SL3 ( my firend owns the Appogee) and we believe otherwise based on our own ears and our own equipments not the spec and data from the Net. I doubt any of these guys ever heard or owned the listed above equipments.
