My stepdad used to pour used oil around the perimeter of our back yard along the chain link fence to stop weeds from growing. Worked like a charm.

Although the grille does resemble a '69, it seems to be a custom grille, as it is wider (higher) in the middle.
The creases in the fender, door, and rear quarter match '67s and '68s, but not '69s.
The '67s have a vent window in the door and the '68s do not. '68s have side marker lights and '67s do not.
Still, there is such a level of custom work on this car, it's pretty hard to say for sure what year it is. -

Second, *you* wouldn't clean it. You'd have crew for that. And pretty sure @mantis has product to keep it looking tight.
