    I have the Nuova Simonelli MCF grinder and it has a single shot dosing grinder. Better option for loading portafilters. But if your doing pour over coffee, this might be more geared for that.

    I switch between drip and espresso, which seems to wear out the setting detents of my grinder. But I do single dosing all the time so there is only coffee in the grinder when I am ready to use it. It seems that there aren’t many grinders that can do both very well. This one might work though.

    I use this little grinder for stove top espresso and drip coffee... gets the blood flowing in the morning, and the grinds keep up with the best of 'em.

    I’m considering going with a second grinder for my drip use, and a hand cranked one could be it.
