    Well just finished reading this long **** thread. Things I learned:

    1. There are no viable circumstances in which the homeowner would have been justified in using deadly force, as per Technokid and slowpolky.
    2. Techno and slow are clearly anti-gun proponents, this story is just a vehicle for them to spout their pov.

If some1 came through his window then he blew his head off then i wouldent be soooo disgusted with all this. I also would not bite so much about people talking smack about my punctuation because it would not be a serious thread . When asked/told to leave he chose to go after an ARMED man with a GUN! In this case, his stupidity cost him his life... Case closed Sherlock!

    Well hopefully none of us will ever have to find out what we would do in that kind of situation. I'm sure the guy feels terrible for having to do what he did but when all you have is half a second to decide what to do all that come out are your basic instincts, in his case it was pull the trigger and save my family. Someone like Steven Segal just would have broke both of his arms and tied him into a human pretzel. We can argue about this to no end but none of us was there and knows anything about the circumstances for certain and all this is just pointless speculation and mud slinging.
