Had this earlier. Not a true carbonara, but similar. Bacon (rendered down completely), chicken, onions, garlic sauteed in the bacon grease. At the end, in goes asiago, and a small amount of heavy cream, sun dried tomatoes, and tossed with starchy linguine.

It's carbonara enough for me bro.........I may not be able to give you a review with the first bowl, I may need a second or third to give my honest opinion :D

Got a couple of prime filets, these bad boys were 3" thick. Rubbed in avocado oil, Texas T-Bone seasoning and coarse black pepper. A pat of butter with each turn, then a pat of butter on it while resting in foil. The green onion gave an incredible crunch with each steak bite.

The beauty of the pot roast pictured above, HEB had a sale on their prime being only pennies more than select, so, I got a couple of them.

With the leftovers, we were able to have: avocado toast sandwiches for lunch, and tacos for breakfast.

The base of the tacos consisted of chorizo and egg, guacamole, Pico de Gallo (onion, tomato and cilantro), then added the shredded beef to finish it off. Darn good if I do say so

    Cheers man!

A massive pot of smoked pork shoulder chili 🌶️🌶️🤤. No chili powder, I use mix of my home grown Sugar Rush Red, Ghost and Serrano peppers. Dehydrated and powder from my dehydrated peppers.

Not many have heard of the Sugar Rush so here is a link.

Your attorney should advise you to take legal action against whomever put celery in that soup.

Celery, onions, and carrots are the fundamental veggies for most French based broths and soups. It's so common, it has a name, Mirepoix.

I am very sorry for lack of photos.....it was sooooo good, Ayesha and I dug right in.

I bathed 12 large shrimp in melted butter, lemon juice (squeezed), pepper, salt and four cloves of diced garlic.

Skewered them and grilled out back. Brushing them with the butter bath on each turn.

Heated white corn tortillas on my comal, loaded three shrimp per taco and added homemade avocado salsa. Served up with Spanish rice and let me tell you what......

The broccoli was in the steamer and covered with a cut up stick of butter, as the butter melts over the brocc into the water, it steams back up through the greens.......somebody hep me please......
