Had this earlier. Not a true carbonara, but similar. Bacon (rendered down completely), chicken, onions, garlic sauteed in the bacon grease. At the end, in goes asiago, and a small amount of heavy cream, sun dried tomatoes, and tossed with starchy linguine.

It's carbonara enough for me bro.........I may not be able to give you a review with the first bowl, I may need a second or third to give my honest opinion

Got a couple of prime filets, these bad boys were 3" thick. Rubbed in avocado oil, Texas T-Bone seasoning and coarse black pepper. A pat of butter with each turn, then a pat of butter on it while resting in foil. The green onion gave an incredible crunch with each steak bite.
