That is on my list of potentials! 1996 had the LT1 engine. Still pretty new, you can find em with low miles, slap some paint, wheels, known for a luxurious interior! Even love the woody side panels! Very nice vehicle!

Amazing what some nice wheels and a slight suspension mod will do!

Love the paintwork on this one, sister vehicle Chevy!

Barris was not a very nice guy... put a phone in one of the cars he built for Dick Tracy, and asked him to sign a model of the Batmobile I built as a kid. He told me where to put the car and then go **** myself.

I would've smashed that one right then and there, then I would go get my other models of his design and smash the h**l out them and stomp on them too right in front of him. He's a POS to say that to a fan. Wth is wrong with him?! :s

They tried to sell that in Europe...

It didn’t work (predictably), but this is still an option:

    s4j2ffa25bt0.jpeg

    0o3ahkbut2r5.jpeg
    • 603 bhp
    • 4.0L V8 bi-turbo
    • 627 ft-lb torque @ 2,500-4,500 rpm
    • 3.4 sec 0-60 mph
    • Still manages 16 mpg (city), 23 mpg (highway)

It’s been around for years (with different engines), so there must be some market for it.

Torino with a 428 Super Cobra Jet. Not my favorite but from the sounds of it, I wouldn't mind going through some sets of tires with one...

[EDIT -] Just saw your post above...haha. Same car (I think). What engine did yours have?

Borg Warner super T10 tranny w/Hurst shifter. Zoom clutch, etc.
