    I wonder how many have already sold? I would like to have them, but I still have a new set of 703's I have yet to put to use..

    I also think they should have used the classic logo on these with the heart IMO, it is still the best logo Polk has had..

    I am not sure what people want Polk to do?

    Make a special edition of the L800? Make a hail mary limited released Monitor 10 from the 1970s?

    Based on the performance of the R200 that I heard at 2021 Polkfest... coupled with real wood veneer, an engraved plate on the back, gold posts and upgraded crossovers and at a price point that is overall accessible to the average person... I think it ticks off all of the boxes that has made Polk who they are over the last 50 years.

    If this report is accurate then why wouldnt Polk announce this sort of info at release? Its not aimed at the mass market. Only true Polkies would be interested in a AE model and they would want to know whats inside.

    To clarify, that's the AE crossover on the right and the original R200 crossover on the left. Only half indicated in this photo, but noted in caption on the link @Braddles63 posted.

    Really curious to hear what you think after you get them, Trey.

    I thought the original R200 seemed a little cool sounding compared to the L200. Makes me wonder how this AE build sounds and compares.

    They invested a good sum of cash in those crossovers. Air core inductors are not that cheap especially that size. I'm very surprised and impressed.
