Nice Blackstone! Thinking about picking one up for our scout troop. Which model? Can you comment on how collapsible it is once fully assembled? That one have the removable side tables?
We've been fortunate to have use of one on occasion. Sure makes meal prep for 20-30 a whole lot easier. -
This is the Lowes "culinary edition" with the drop down side shelves. This particular one is the 36" model, but you can go smaller. Literally 5 mins ago, I just got done seasoning the surface for its first cook. See youtube for all things Blackstone---TONS of good info. Now I can finally cook burgers the RIGHT way. Guilty ! Bought one , I had the whole disc washer kit of paraphernalia goodies...... At one time. I thought it (disc washer stuff) worked pretty well.
