With cooler temps starting to set in, I brought the J2 up from the Pit,and put the the F5 downstairs. With my small listening room,the J2 runs too hot to keep there in the summer months. In the summer, the Pit temps remain in the 60’s even with the J2 running for 8hrs.See my profile for list of gear.

I was going to spin some vinyl. I clicked the remote for the air pump and noticed the tonearm didn't move much. Looks like some Felis catus punctures in the air line....so I fixed that.

I Haven't done anything since the MartinLogan 60XTi's came on board LOVE THEM. A little more forward presentation, which I like, deep, controlled bass. The tweeters took some getting used to, but now I LOVE them. If my damn hearing didn't suck so much, I think these would end up being my favorite speaker to date. I certainly like the "character" better than the PSB's--but that is a completely subjective statement.

Took bits and pieces and put up a bedroom rig.
Roon to PC via wireless, USB to Schiit Modi Multibit to Schiit baby equalizer and off to the Bottlehead S.E.X. 6DN7 tube amp. AV123 speakers round it out.
It works and I can run headphones off the S.E.X. amp as well.

Good lawd, I have a sickness. The rig is back under construction one year later. The pic is from last year.
The rig sounds completely different after adding diffraction pads over the MTM drivers, installing the Path Audio resistors, changing up the PC's, losing the BlueSound Node2 and Musical Fidelity Tri-Vista DAC and replacing that with an Auralic G1 NAP with DAC I have yet to listen too.
Today, I am working on adding additional outlets and losing the Richard Grey Power Supply once and for all. Even though it has a bank of 6 huge caps to give the rig extra power when called upon? It shunted the sound stage, so it's outta here.
Next up is hard wiring the NAP from the sun room to the rig (no more using the wi-fi for streaming). I'm gonna hate doing that. Crawlspaces are not my favorite thing. I might do a different path and go through the attic....just need to scope it out.
This hobby is a sickness, I tell ya'!~ In search of accurate reproduction of music. Real sound is my reference and while perfection may not be attainable? If I chase it, I might just catch excellence. ~ -
