In Cabo right now? Nice..... doing any fishing?

We had a good look last night (when it was brilliantly clear and the crescent moon not too bright) with Mrs. H Swarovski spotting scope. Even by eye the viewing was good, although Saturn's none too bright at this point.
Tonight we've got clouds.
I did take some photos last night with a 300 mm zoom on my DX format DSLR (about equivalent to 450 mm on full-frame 35 mm format, if memory serves). I had to manually focus (which was nontrivial) and I did a lousy job -- I also bracketed the exposure extensively (and manually), but not especially well.
Still, at least you can see 'em both.

These used to be in Randolph, VT (none too far from us) but subsequently got moved up to Burlington.
Now, someone has decorated them for the holidays.

You and “clean” can’t be mentioned in the same sentence.
Miss you.
