Oh man. Yes with all that property you have. For sure.
So far she has taken a squirrel, a rabbit a black racer snake and a possum. Possum was just last week in my neighbors yard. I'm afraid she is going to get sick. She is no joke..... a prey driven killing machine.

I had an imported German Shepherd once I schutzhund trained and did search and rescue with her as well. I miss that dog.

Oh yes. We miss our Kado, a German Shepherd Long Haired. He was and still is the hardest to let go. I know your pain brother.

Gorgeous dog. Oh, I know what she is, should have said Belgian. Von Liche kennels is here in Indiana. I’ve built many a K-9 kennel in commissions for officers across the country.
Many of them have Malinois as a partner.
    Damn, miss that job.

The only thing I don't miss about her is she absolutely hated skunks! She'd prance home all happy with a dead skunk and her face was soaked with spray. Clearly mace would not deter her from ripping the throat out of an intruder.

Luckily I developed a fool proof de- skunk recipe

This was Kado. 13 years old in Seattle. We moved a year later to FL. Sadly he was not with us.

Teddy. Half Belgian half German Shepherd. At night the only way you could see him was if he showed his teeth. He fell in love with the elderly couple a few houses down so I gave him away. He spent more time there then here anyway.
Pretty sure their house is secure.

Oh man, i am not and have never been scared of dogs. But when I was sent to AZ to assist Border Patrol and I had to work with the first black German Shepherd I had ever seen, he sent chills down my spine. I think a black GSP is the most intimidating dog alive. The way he looked at people was the thing of nightmares. No joke. Only dog a ive ever been intimidating by.

    27595927462_3fd44e5086_b.jpgLockheed A-12 ‘06924’ & SR-71 ‘17973’ by Alan Wilson, on Flickr

One of these things is not like the other. :)

They are just outside Edwards AFB. Lancaster and Palmdale are the main areas outside the base. And the closest In-N-Out burger. Lockheed's Skunkworks is in Palmdale.

The A12 was the predecessor to the SR71 right? Or was the A12 the CIA plane and the SR71 the USAF plane?

I think (???) the answer to both is "yes"... the A12 (again, I think?) had a crew of only one vs. 2 in the SR71. Pretty easy, then, to tell which is which in the photo by looking at the windows.

and... worst of all... if you do throw them out (or even just one or two of them) -- in a week's time, you will have a use for one of them which will send you rummaging through every crook and nanny nook and cranny of the homestead in search of it/them... knowing you have one of those cables here someplace.

Don't ask me how I know this. :|

    B58 Hustler?

Yes it's a Hustler. Wicked airplane (in every sense of the word). Same engines (well... mostly) were used to power the Convair 990 commercial jetliner. Also a wicked, and, when all was said & done, wickedly unsuccessful aircraft. :(

    Cool as heck, though.

Politics killed the Hustler. Then they chopped them up real quick.

IIRC, I think they had a tendency to kinda kill their crews.
They also were bombers when the strategy was moving missle-wards.

The F-104 killed a lot more pilots and those flew into the 1980's. The Hustler was scraped to preserve some B-52 wings.

Nice man. Didn't you have a $1,000 winner within the last year?

Speaking of wings I just recently read that all of the A10 Warthogs had their wings replaced several years back.
Whatever the costs were was worth it at twice the price. One of the best planes to ever navigate a battlefield..

I was really surprised that they wanted to cancel the A10. Crazy nonsense.

Anyone who has been in close combat then heard Brrrrrrrrp, whoosh then silence would agree.

That is not me. But I know several that feel the A10 saved thier and thier brothers lives.

    Long Live the A10.

    Yup. :p
That was another "what the heck" one more $2 scratch-off.

I was the lucky one to be the scratcher on both. :D This time...I told my wife I wanted to fist bump her on picking a 50.00 winner. She :D and looked over at it as I finished scratching it off. Another 0 appeared! :D So our joy went to 10Xs more.

This time we just go back to the store to get the cash. :)
Last time was a little more involved. At the claim center, I filled out a form that was like filling out a resume for a job. :#
NC and the IRS want their cut of the really big winners for sure. :'(

We really don't spend much on these things. 2 times a month sometimes. Sometimes! More like 40.00 a month. Maybe 50. We'll keep 100 this time to play some more.

I've got the placard they hang on the machines to let others know a big winner hit at their store. I'll have to grab the next one they hang for our win today. B) I want to frame them. ;)

We've been playing on winnings for a very long time. We're some of the lucky ones!
