Going to be doing some Birria Tacos tomorrow with some bone in (the bones will add to the broth) beef short ribs. Pretty much following this guys recipe. He has some killer cooking videos.

@CH46E Lengua tacos are exquisite and I have had some chicken gizzards that rocked. Neither are as gross as some stuff. Look how appetizing this looks.

I'm about due for another crab boil. Cajun sausage, crab legs, shrimp, crayfish, (if lobster tails are on sale) lobster tail, potatoes, onions and plenty of seasonings!
Getting hungry just thinking about it. -

I like mayo on a good BLT but come the #^&%&&$ on! I just took a few shots of Vodka then watched that. It was almost PF Changs Sweet and Sour Chicken recycled. Oh man. That was rough to watch.
