    Found some "Prime" steak at Walmart first I've seen in a store outside of Costco. Gonna try the sear station on the new grill.

    Going to be doing some Birria Tacos tomorrow with some bone in (the bones will add to the broth) beef short ribs. Pretty much following this guys recipe. He has some killer cooking videos.

    I'm tired of crap Mexican food around here.

    Nah, im very happy sticking with Chicken, Pig and Cow. I usually stick with the muscle meat.

    There are some curries I like.

    No brains, gizzards/organs, stomach, tounge ect.

    I do like a smoked jalapeno elk/deer sausage though. Speaking of, anyone have some for sale???

    @CH46E Lengua tacos are exquisite and I have had some chicken gizzards that rocked. Neither are as gross as some stuff. Look how appetizing this looks.

    Apologies.... Judy and I were swapping crass and filthy jokes while eating the jambalaya. Lost in the moment, I forgot to pose the plates for their closeup photoshoot.

    It must have been good then.

    I'm about due for another crab boil. Cajun sausage, crab legs, shrimp, crayfish, (if lobster tails are on sale) lobster tail, potatoes, onions and plenty of seasonings!

    Getting hungry just thinking about it.

    I like mayo on a good BLT but come the #^&%&&$ on! I just took a few shots of Vodka then watched that. It was almost PF Changs Sweet and Sour Chicken recycled. Oh man. That was rough to watch.

    @kevhed72 , come on man! :D:D:D
