For my travels, I purchased a Peach Tree Audio Deepblue3. My old Deepblue2 got scratchy sounding.

It's been abused traveling in airline cargo all over the place over the last 5 years.
I have a home, but like Russ bounce all over the place.

Very cool Dave. No issues? You cranked it up yet?

So I hooked it up to the office rig, via variable line level outputs from the Peachtree. Worked for a hot minute, was getting ready to tune it a bit and it stopped. Power light remains on. What?

I then decided to connect it to my living room rig via a Rocketfish wireless sub transmitter (currently the Polk DSWi600 is there), via LFE, and same thing. Worked for a hot minute, then nothing.

I contacted the seller, and he is going to reach out to SVS tomorrow, since it's still under warranty! Ugh, but hopes for a good outcome!

Seller just contacted me, and said that SVS is sending him a new amp! Gotta swap out the old one, for return to SVS. Looking like a happy ending!

How far do you have to drive to swap amps when that seller gets the new one?

He actually met me 1/2 way, so only a few miles! Plus I get a new amp with zero miles on it. And, he'll be my ambassador to SVS until the warranty runs out (he doesn't know that yet!)

I've seen postage stickers with the picture of an airplane on 'em -- can't recall seeing one with a picture of a train on it in my lifetime. ;)

Wait, was that shipment progress update from @polkfarmboy?

Waaaay back in 2001, I had UPS deliver a pair of speakers (Pinnacle CGT Towers) at 9:45PM! I couldn't believe it. As a warehouseman for the last 18 years, who see's UPS 3 times a day, I'm SCARED. LOL that's why I use Fedex.

    Quick notes:

    1. Mid bass heft that gives music it's foundation
    2. Smooth treble
    3. Fleshed midrange

I took out the Cary CPA-1 and packed it up. I moved the NAD over to where the Cary was located and placed the ELAC and the Micromega MyDAC to the left of the NAD.

Once the McCormack amp sells, the APC H-10 will be the only silver colored piece of gear left on the rack.

I also moved the Ushers over a little bit so I could access the turntable. I played a few records and the rumble is gone. I switched over to the Bottlehead Reduction phono pre with the Integration upgrade from the ART DJ Pre II and double checked all of the speakers, including the sub, and still no abnormal cone movement.
