Well, I've done a search and didn't see any dedicated threads on this so I thought this would be fun. The AVS forum has a dedicated thread on this and it seems quite a few people post them so I figured I'd see if we couldn't get one going in the Polk Forum. So for all of you Home Theater nuts out there, post up those screens shots. I'll start if off with some old screen shots I have when I owned my Epson projector. I'll try and get some new screen shots posted by the weekend with the JVC projector I now own.

I think he means screen shots of front projection setups.

At home I am using the same projector (Epson PowerLite Home Cinema 1080UB) and I can't get my screen shots in focus. But I've only tried with a cheap point and shoot digital camera.

Definitely! Checking with Sherardp now trying to figure out when he will be state side. Always ready to hang out with fellow Polkies to kick back and put back a few as well as eat like a pig and tell lies. I'll let you guys know something soon and just maybe get a few more Polkies from up North to come down as well (you listening Doro). We'll see how it pans out.

They don't have to be screen shots using a front projector, if you feel like posting your screen shots, post'em. Told you guys, it's all in good fun.

Just a quick "cheat" for this; sometimes when you pause, you get a bit of blur. After you pause, use the frame advance button, and go 1 frame at a time until the picture is sharp---then snap your screen shot.

My desktop monitor is running 1680x1040... that's pretty close to HD. My brother's Asus LCD has HDMI and is capable of 1080p...

Correct. The ambilights change color and brightness in stereo based upon what is on the screen. I've never regretted buying it...

LMAO!!! It's all good bro, just wanna share the experience with everyone else. Sherard sent me a IM the other day asking if I'd be interested in purchasing the RS10 from him (he has the upgrade bug again) so in order for me to snag the RS10, the HD1 will have to go. Not a thing wrong with the HD1, not so much as a mark on it but in order to make big purchases like the RS10, the wifey said the HD1 must be sold first. PM returned!
