I'd like to get a gear list together and I've only heard from one person so far. Please don't send it a pm.

Even if you already posted your stuff in this thread or sent me a pm please submit it an email to me. It's the only easy way for me to keep track.

    Thanks :)

This may most likely change since we are some 7 1/2 odd months away from the event. I'll e-mail my gear, but for some, perhaps most, that's subject to change; since some people on CP change gear like others change underware :D

    H9--

the only thing I'll be changing ampside is to add another Monarchy SM-70 Pro...

Both will be buckled in and given apple juice for the roadtrip.
I never had it like this where I grew up. But I send my kids here because the fact is you go to one of the best schools in the country: Rushmore. Now, for some of you it doesn't matter. You were born rich and you're going to stay rich. But here's my advice to the rest of you: Take dead aim on the rich boys. Get them in the crosshairs and take them down. Just remember, they can buy anything but they can't buy backbone. Don't let them forget it. Thank you.Herman Blume - Rushmore

Any plans for Friday's dinner? Should we meet at a nearby diner or do we BBQ? After travelling I like a good meal. :)

Ok guys, I'm as excited as the next but some of this planning is just way too early. I can't decide where I'm going to eat next week let alone 7 months from now. Don't get me wrong I LOVE the enthusiasm but making first night dinner plans is a bit early. But I'll roll with it!

I wanted to get the ball rolling, so to speak, so people could clear their schedules to attend the event (if there was going to be one). That was my main objective. 2nd was to see if there was an available host and third was to see if sufficient interest existed for a get together.

I'd think how you'll be getting there and where you'll stay would be higher priorities than Friday's dinner plans but that's just how I look at it. Mike has already agreed to provide eats :D

:D Victor, you are one funny man!

To provide formal dining with a 5 course meal you are out of your mind!:p

Yes, there will be food, drinks, etc...

Don't worry guys, I love to eat you will not go away hungry. Now, If you guys want to all meet up at a restaurant somewhere that is fine also... I just figure that it is a little early yet to be planning that part. I'm just as excited as you are, trust me!:D

Does anyone plan on bringing their Von Shweikert's? Halo??

This is also one speaker I want to hear, I keep hearing soo much praise on these.

I'd love to compare these to the LSi15's, hopefully there isn't much of a difference to my ears?:o

If I still own them by then they will be coming with me ;) As will the VTL, the TAD's, the Sheng Ya, and the Signal Cables both IC's & SC's. :)

As far as people bringing gear goes: bring what you want. If we get to everything  if not - no biggie.

    Mike,

No problem, it will take some time to copy though.. so make sure you have 60gb free (at this time) in your PC. By the time we get to the Fest, I should be expecting to have 100gb or more of FLAC.

    You're welcome, btw!! :)

    JOey

    PS
    Zero country for MikeC.

I like a little country every now and then. Play it forward and sometimes it is sad, play it backwards and it is all happy. You get your truck back, your job back, your girl back, your dog back....
