I bet your neighbors just love listening to that saw.
I think they like the book cases I made them too I mostly do woodwork on the weekends and during daylight hours. Not operating a saw in the dark.
Nights are for movies and music. When I was a kid my parents told me to turn it down. Now I'm an adult and my kids tell me to turn it down.

I use to love to play golf, any afternoon I was off I would be hitting balls. That got way to expensive.
I then took up fishing. I'd be on a boat once a week from April till Oct, then that got too expensive Fuel cost went way up. I still like to fish but SoCal deep sea is $$$$ and our lakes are not that great.
I now do woodwork. I've try to keep on at least one project a month. I've already replaced all the Ikea stuff in our home and now do things for people at the cost of material. I do chest, blanket ladders, book cases and TV Stands.
Here is a true SoCal workshop. Only work when the weather is nice and the sun is out
I still bowl and hold a 170 average but we are in only one league now. When I bowled 3 nights a week I was @ 210.
3.00 will probably go all day with this little 1963 MirroCraft & 6hp with 30hours on it. I picked up for 1000.00 bucks. It looks different now. I painted outside & inside & put new swivel cushion seat in tonight when I got up here & hydrofoil going on outboard tomorrow. Leaving this one at camp so if it gets stolen no worries. Outboard lock & in shed & trailer lock & chained to tree. Got game cameras & solar motion lights also. Perfect for getting into brooks streams & river I'm hoping. Goes a whooping 12 mph. About 40.00 a year registration. So not too hard on wallet. It's not my big boat & nothing fancy. But floats n goes from point A to B

These take up a lot of my free time:
The black and silver bike is new, replaced another similar bike that is now my wife’s. She is getting into cycling and it has been an awesome way for us to spend time together! -
I forgot to post these Friday, here are my guitars.
Here is my Chibson Austin electric guitar. it's cheap and had some problems when I bought it but with a few mods, it plays great.
This is my Harmony Sovereign H1260, I think... It was my Grandpa's guitar, which he had in his attic until my great-grandpa found it up there. The strings had been left with tension so the bridge had been ripped off, and he completely rebuilt the front of it. It now looks and sounds great.
I researched it a while back, and supposedly Jimmy Page and Peter Townshend both had one, but don't quote me on that.
And then last (but certainly not least!) I have a 1965 España classical guitar. the same great-grandpa tried to put metal strings on it and gave it to me. That's why there was a second bridge. I saved it from being ripped in half by said strings, and now it plays great.
Yes, I know my room is a mess but I was cleaning out my closet last night and didn't quite finish. -

Memorial Stadium
The letters from the facade spelling out, "Time Will Not Dim the Glory of Their Deeds" do still exist. They are part of a memorial outside Oriole Park at Camden Yards. -
10-4, good buddy.
I have very fond memories of Memorial Stadium. When I was in college, we used to walk down 33rd St. and buy student discount tickets ($1.25). With a little encouragement to the ticket sellers, we got great seats -- 'cause we usually went to see the O's play lousy teams. A summer evening as the sun set and the air cooled off in the upper deck was a pretty darned pleasant way to spend an evening in the 1970s...

Love the Niner's! For many years, I loved riding and building custom bikes. Still have a few of them (6), but they are a bit dusty, as my only 2 wheel riding as of late has been with the Harley's! In the winter, it's snowboarding in the Sierras around Tahoe. In the spring/summer it is hiking and camping out in the mountains. In the fall it's hunting out west when me or some friends draw a tag here in Nevada. It's nice disconnecting from modern life and getting away out in nature. I also like photography, but with two little kids the time for that passion has put on idle for awhile.Speakers

Thanks Jeremy. It isn't as "bad" as most people believe it to be (In my humble opinion). It really helps to break up "boring" gym time/workouts and it keeps you engaged throughout your time there. I've seen all kinds of people doing it, from kids, to teens, to adults, to senior citizens. Heck, I'm in a wheelchair and there's "adaptive" CrossFit for me and athletes like me.Post edited by halo onAudio: Polk S15 * Polk S35 * Polk S10 * SVS SB-1000 Pro
