    When I first ran across this program I thought it was a fabulous idea. I’ve always been a bit skeptical about some of the claims made by audio cable manufacturers. There has been some great discussion on the forum about the advantages or lack of advantages cables play in the overall sound of a system. At first I thought this program was going to be strictly for the well established members, etc. I really thought this thing would fall apart. Generally these types of things have a small core of individual’s who participate and, as you move farther from the core general apathy sets in and people don’t follow through. I am very pleasantly surprised. I knew this was a great forum but the follow through on this program has really shown me something about a group like this.

    Major appreciation goes out to Doro for organizing this and his passion about its continuation. Major appreciation also goes out to all others involved including each and every participant who followed through for the next person in line. That being said I think it’s time for me to really find out if different cables will make a difference in my system. I’d like to join. Put me on the list for:

    thanks for keeping everything updated!

    can't wait to try out some speaker wire...I got some audioquest G-force? I borrowed them from a local private sound place. Great difference between the regular interconnects...I also thought that there wouldn't be any difference with a free monster interconnect I had. This monster was actually thick and had agreat fitting on my terminal, but the audioquest still bested it. The bass was less distorted, but not by much. The big imporvment was in the clarity of the midrange and details of Diana Krall's beautiful voice...

    Doro, it looks like you dropped me from the DH Labs Power Cord demo instead of the Silver Sonic demo. No biggee but since I still have the power cord I thought you might like to keep track of it ;)

    I tracked it and it says that it is delayed due to natural disaster. It is in Mesquite, TX right now and has been there since Aug 30th.

    I have no clue.
