Looks like the thing in our old house that came with our In-Sinkerator garbage disposal to put over its maw.

    My "95". :D
We put in a rebuilt motor a few years ago instead of buying something newer. I wanted something newer but... :#

I WISH Toyota would do a, "push, pull or drag-trade in", for a 202? model. I just might be tempted to piss somebody off. ;)

I feel like I did pretty good today. Walking through a flea market and spot some JBL L1s up high and behind a few things. I take a closer look and they have a price of $140.00 on them. The are in decent enough shape but I ain't paying that much. I ask the guy whats his bottom price. He say $50.00. I promptly pull $50 cash and say thanks!. Heavy little **** to walk as far as I did with them to the car.

I've always wanted a pair. Had the L3 and that was a bit of a let down. But the L1s have good reviews.

Got them home and both messure 4.2 ohms.
Will hook them up after a nap.

It is so smooth and quiet. We’ve only had it a day,but I just can’t say enough good things about it.

Hit up @mantis for some detailing suggestions on how to keep that paint looking flawless! Also maybe a nice soft wheel brush or two to keep those wheels looking shiny and clean.

Those are quite some setups. I wonder how they sound? I bet the second system with the Magicos sounds pretty good since the room appears acoustically correct.
Lumin X1 file player, Westminster Labs interconnect cable
Sony XA-5400ES SACD; Pass XP-22 pre; X600.5 amps
Magico S5 MKII Mcast Rose speakers; SPOD spikes

Shunyata Triton v3/Typhon QR on source, Denali 2000 (2) on amps
Shunyata Sigma XLR analog ICs, Sigma speaker cables
Shunyata Sigma HC (2), Sigma Analog, Sigma Digital, Z Anaconda (3) power cables

Mapleshade Samson V.3 four shelf solid maple rack, Micropoint brass footers
    Three 20 amp circuits.

The JBL systems will probably sound OK -- depending to some extent on the choice of empathetic amplification.

They'd sound better if they were Altecs, though. B)

The middle photo looks like an uncomfortable listening chair keeps the audition times under control. All three have bare wood floors.

Nor do I -- I'd much rather have loudspeakers taking up space than a TV.
