One thing I like about living here -- you can kinda see the weather comin' when it is changeable. I mean, not like Nebraska or anything, but still, it can be pretty interesting sometimes.

We've had metastable weather most of the day today, with occasional light rain & some thunder and lightning. Looked outside and noticed a low cloud (or high fog) zipping in a few minutes ago).

I’m on vacation this week, and the wife and I refinished the hardwood floor in our bedroom. So,today I brought the compressor in to use my nail gun to put in new 1/4 round. I come out of the room and into the living room, and only one dog is visible.(we have 2 ankle biters). I start looking for Silas, and here’s where I find him. I guess he’s not a big fan of compressors.

I like the urban camouflage tactic -- dog looks like skein of yarn. dog blends in with skein of yarn. :)

Not a photo for a wires thread, but a threading of the wires photo.

What the heck is that for? Vent pipe?
    That's just lazy.

^^^ It was sent to me by a local agent today. Assume it's a plumbing vent stack, could be Radon mitigation or HVAC, but I doubt it, those aren't usually behind drywall.

It seems it would have been easier to go around it versus through it.

I can't read musical notes on paper... :/

    What does it mean?

If I remember correctly, that was written for his housekeeper Theresa.
Somewhere along the line her name was butchered to Elise.

If that's incorrect let's pretendI never said anything.
