I sometimes wonder if Elvis was a Liberace fan.
2 channel: Anthem 225 Integrated amp; Parasound Ztuner; TechnicsTT SL1350; Vincent PHO-8 phono pre; Marantz CD6005 spinner; Polk SDA2BTL's; LAT International speaker cables, ZU Mission IC's and power cables all into a PS Audio Dectet Power center.

Other; M10 series II, M7C's, Hafler XL600 amp, RB-980BX, Parasound HCA-1500 amp , P5 preamp, all in storage. All vintage Polk have had crossover rebuilds and tweeter upgrades.

1965 Pontiac Grand Prix in Blue Charcoal color.

I purchased one of these from Dick Jesse at Royal Oak Pontiac in my first -- and only -- semester as a student at General Motors Institute in Flint.

Dick Jesse was the performance manager at Royal Oak Pontiac during this period, when Pontiac was winning lots of drag races. He developed the "Bobcat Treatment" for the 421 cubic inch engine. This modification was rumored at GMI to send the horsepower output well over 500.

He set the car up for me: Bobcat Treatment on the 421, 4-speed with a Hurst shifter, three two-barrel carburetors, 4.11 rear end, electronic ignition, positraction. It also had a reverberator in the sound system, which was fine till you hit a big bump!

    7.5 mpg! :#

Power source for all components: Silver Circle Audio Pure Power One with dedicated 20 amp circuit to main panel.

Exercise Room, Innuos Streamer via Cat 6 cable connection to PS Audio PerfectWave MkII DAC w/Bridge II, AQ King Cobra RCAs to Perreaux PMF3150 amp (fully restored and upgraded by Jeffrey Jackson, Precision Audio Labs), Supra Rondo 4x2.5 Speaker Cables to SDA 1Cs (Vr3 Mods Xovers and other mods.), Dreadnaught with Supra Rondo 4x2.5 interconnect cables by Vr3 Mods. Power for each component from dedicated 20 amp circuit to main panel, except Innuos Statement powered from Silver Circle Audio Pure Power One.

That is a cool truck. I rode to work in one for almost a year. It was fun but everyday I was tired going home. I hung drywall for a living back then.

I don't know why, but my favorite has gotta be the Delorean DMC-12. I mean, yeah I loved Back to the Future, but as much as there are cars here that are much nicer, I'd still like one of these.

I have had 4 Jags now, and outside of routine maintenance, I have not had a single issue, except for a broken valve on my 1988 XJ6 @174k miles. The reliability issues have been non-existent for over 20 years now.

Ah yes... the old Prince of darkness, Lucas electronics. The cars were very good mechanically, but the electric side of things was never up to par. Rust was also a very common issue with them.
