  • As the crow flies, I am about 6 miles from Dobbins Air Reserve Base where the Thunderbirds landed on Friday for today's Super Bowl flyover. Yesterday, I heard the planes taking off about 5:30 PM for a practice run over Mercedes-Benz Stadium. The Thunderbirds were busy all day yesterday as I heard and saw them several times.

That's something you don't see everyday! ^^^^^^ Interesting!

They must have a Bamboo Products Manufacturing plant.

    From @Kenneth Swauger...Sep. 2005

    Hello,
This ( I picked this out of a long list...Tony M.) came from the lady who works in our service department:

    20. A group of chess enthusiasts checked into a hotel
    > and were standing in the lobby discussing their recent
    > tournament victories. After about an hour, the manager
    > came out of the office and asked them to disperse. "But
    > why?" they asked, as they moved off. "Because", he said,
    > "I can't stand chess-nuts boasting in an open foyer."

Can you spot the mouse watching the chess game?
