Refs doing those blatant no-calls again. That's exactly why the Saints lost. End of story. That play near the end will be broadcast and viewed a million times.

The Saint's coach will crush a few refs careers tonight or tomorrow over this.

Speaking of "Datsun" -- did you know that the name came from a company called DAT?

    bdyjxil8f5w6.png

I was gonna write this myself, but - poor form & questionable accuracy notwithstanding :# - I'm gonna just quote Wiki-P. :)
Before the Datsun brand name came into being, an automobile named the DAT car was built in 1914, by the Kaishinsha Motorcar Works (快進自動車工場 Kaishin Jidōsha Kōjō), in the Azabu-Hiroo District in Tokyo. The new car's name was an acronym of the surnames of the following company partners:

Kenjirō Den (田 健次郎 Den Kenjirō)
Rokurō Aoyama (青山 禄朗 Aoyama Rokurō)
Meitarō Takeuchi (竹内 明太郎 Takeuchi Meitarō)

Incidentally, datto (how a native Japanese speaker would pronounce "dat") means to "dash off like a startled rabbit" (脱兎), which was considered a good name for the little car.

DAT Automobile Manufacturing began development of a line of 495 cc cars to sell in this new market segment, calling the new small cars "Datson" – meaning "Son of DAT". The name was changed to "Datsun" two years later in 1933.

Nissan ultimately bought DAT and used the Datsun name as a brand name (e.g., in the US).

According to Wiki-P, the Datsun name was phased out in 1986 :(

    piuopjle43zn.png

PS The home market Nissan cars generally had (and still have) cooler names than their US counterparts, I'd opine :)

A cold, windy day (-5 degrees F air temp, -20 degrees F wind chill) brings the perching birdies to our feeders. The wind blew the top of the feeder open -- but I don't want to go out & bother all those little songbirds. :p

My favorite at the Tupelo Automobile Museum yesterday, a Marmon. My family had an all black 1931 V8 four-door Marmon (quite a different beast) before we left Texas when I was four. If anyone is interested in visiting that museum, do it before mid-March. It's all to be sold at auction soon after. They also have one of the two Leslie's from The Great Race and a Tucker 48, if it's not loaned out. :-)

otherwise -- it may be time to start a movement.
And friends, somewhere in Washington enshrined in some little folder, is a
study in black and white of my fingerprints. And the only reason I'm
singing you this song now is cause you may know somebody in a similar
situation, or you may be in a similar situation, and if your in a
situation like that there's only one thing you can do and that's walk into
the shrink wherever you are, just walk in say "Shrink, You can get
anything you want, at Alice's Restaurant.
" And walk out. You know, if
one person, just one person does it they may think he's really sick and
    they won't take him.

And if two people, two people do it, in harmony,
they may think they're both [CENSORED] and they won't take either of them.

And three people do it, three, can you imagine, three people walking in
singin' a bar of Alice's Restaurant and walking out. They may think it's an
    organization.

And can you, can you imagine fifty people a day, I said
fifty people a day walking in singin' a bar of Alice's Restaurant and
    walking out?

And friends they may thinks it's a movement.

And that's what it is, the Alice's Restaurant Anti-Massacre Movement, and
all you got to do to join is sing it the next time it come's around on the
    guitar.

Yea, Road Atlanta is a great track. People I know who have driven on it said it's a fun track to drive on.
