I find most of these shows to be a waste of time on vinyl... not that there isn’t good stuff there, but with a captive audience, it tends to be way overpriced.
The Gear... Carver "Statement" Mono-blocks, TriangleArt Reference SE with Pass Labs Xono Phono Preamp, Walker Precision Motor Drive, ClearAudio Goldfinger Diamond v2 cartridge and Origin Conquerer Mk3c tonearm, Polk Audio "Signature" Reference Series 1.2TL with complete mods, Pass Labs X0.2 three chassis preamp, PS Audio PerfectWave DAC MkII, Pioneer Elite SC-65, Oppo UDP-205 4K Blu-ray player, Sony XBR70x850B 4k, Polk audio AB700/800 "in-wall" surrounds.

Saying that it's "too hard" to pursue your dreams is no different than admitting to yourself that you are too lazy to achieve them.

So is the record show good for picking up decent vinyl or is it just bleh?
Lots of stuff in the room Joe. I'm not into vinyl but the big names are there like music direct and others. You had better sit aside a good hour+ to browse.

    And @GlennDog ?

I'd love to . . . I cannot commit 'til 30 days out, depending on mode of transport
Long, short ... this is bc my busy season has a short window. So when it's busy I have to get all over it

Well there is the vendor area Tony that does sell items at a bit less than retail depending on what you're looking for Joe. Not really gear per say but cables, interconnects, music and such
  • tonybtonyb Posts: 31,127
Don't know if I'd call what that area offered "a deal". They were still priced pretty high.

Gear though, last day of the show is best to play lets make a deal.
