Early monitor 10's with peerless tweeters and velcro grills for $150, no affiliation. Is it me or do the drivers look funny? https://washingtondc.craigslist.org/nva/ele/d/polk-monitors-10/6634926285.html
Edit. Not sure if the grills are there. I don't see them in any of the pictures.
Drivers look normal for their vintage, but I see one peerless and one SL1K... That ain't gonna sound right. -
SDA 2As $180 - No actual pic though...

Here's something I've never seen or heard of before... LF 14 / 10A system
The price seems high, but considering the rarity, it may be worth it to someone.

The LF14 is a add on piece, so it can sometimes be found on its own, or part of a set.
Its basically like adding a "sub" to the mix IIRC."....not everything that can be counted counts, and not everything that counts can be counted." William Bruce Cameron, Informal Sociology: A Casual Introduction to Sociological Thinking (1963) -
Correct, and @scubalab, you're correct about the price as well... I would think 3-400 would be more appropriate if in perfect condition.

Hey guys, rolled the dice today and got these 3.1tl’s today on Craigslist for $200. Only 1 bad speaker (mw6503) I have a replacement, both tweeters are not working according to the sellar and no interconnect cable was included. I’m pretty happy with them.
-
@GSXSRT4, Congrats!! I just picked up a set myself about a week and a half ago and it had one of the SL3000 tweeters blown. I picked up the RD0198 upgrades from Polk and litterally had my first chance to fully audition yesterday. They sound sooooo good! I hope you like yours??
