    I've used that grade of vinyl quite often. The only time I use heat, is on the corners, to get them sharp. I use a hair dryer though, not a heat gun. Great Job.

    Outstanding Larry, you've really taken those to a level way beyond anyone would have thought possible.

    Diggin' the look of those crossover boxes too. Have you ever considered taking that front sloped part and maybe cutting out a rectangle with some plexiglass to give a view to the crossovers ? Maybe even light the interior with a nice easy shade of blue ? Maybe put it in the back if you think it would be too distracting in the front. That way the rear of the speaker would offer the view while throwing some nice ambient light behind the speaker. Just a thought....
