No problem. My post count is low because I have mostly learned from reading and searching. I have owned Polk speakers for 30 years but have only recently found this forum.
Yea no doubt. I have had polks for 25 years and just found this forum about a year ago. It's a great resource to learn and share with fellow audio nuts. I hope I can meet some of the guys in my area some day.HT/2Channel: Emotiva MMC-1, Adcom GFA-555II, Polk SDA 3.1's, Teac TN-300 TT, Polk Center and Sub.

Se, Welcome to Club Polk. I will say this, I'm not familiar with this specific pair of 2.3tl's. However, If I were close and had that kind of money, for $800, I would've checked those out a long time ago. If they're in better than average shape, this is a heck of a deal! There is a pair of 2.3tl's that have been on CL for more than a month in Buffalo NY. The asking price is $800. Seems like a reasonable price. I know it is a long shot, but is anyone familiar with this pair?2-channel Yaqin B2-T Pre, Emotiva XPA-2 Gen 2, Marantz SA8005, Pro-Ject RPM-10 Turntable, Denon DP-59L Pro-Ject Phono Box DS3B, Polk Audio Legend L800's, AudioQuest Cable throughout. -

These are listed in New Jersey. Price looks ok but condition might be rough. If I was closer I would take a $100 chance. Looks like fairly early SDA 1's.

Look good but overpriced IMHO. Wonder if they have the SL or RDO tweeters in em.
I would prob pay somewhere in the 1200 dollar range for em."....not everything that can be counted counts, and not everything that counts can be counted." William Bruce Cameron, Informal Sociology: A Casual Introduction to Sociological Thinking (1963) -

Another pair of 1.2's, but are these TL models? Do the 1.2's have SL2000 tweets, or SL3000??? Just curious, no affiliation.

Yes there was a pair of 1.2 with 2000 and the TL's added the 3000.2-channel Yaqin B2-T Pre, Emotiva XPA-2 Gen 2, Marantz SA8005, Pro-Ject RPM-10 Turntable, Denon DP-59L Pro-Ject Phono Box DS3B, Polk Audio Legend L800's, AudioQuest Cable throughout.

Yes there was a pair of 1.2 with 2000 and the TL's added the 3000.
The ebay pair sure look as if they have SL3000's in them, but the serial #'s are listed as 1.2 no TL -

Probably 1B rather than 1C. "Studio" style cabinets in black might be 1Cs, but in brown they're almost certainly 1Bs.
