    Delmonico steaks!

This is being done on the cheap. On the east coast, rib steaks currently cost $5 per pound. Cut off the rib bone and you have Delmonico steaks costing $9+ per pound. The loss of the bone weight makes this is a $6/pound Delmonico steak. It is very easy to cut off the rib bone.

No other difference, besides of supermarket pricing.

Semi homemade Shrimp Pad Thai w/bean sprouts chopped peanuts and fresh cilantro. The Pad Thai sauce was from a bottle for convenience and cost. Everything else was fresh.

    Yum, Yum.

Drove up to South Philly today to visit with my Brother. Had; Homemade ravioli in homemade gravy simmered to perfection with homemade meatballs, pork, pigs feet, and Italian sausage. Topped with freshly grated Locatelli Romano, and crushed red peppers.

Side of fresh baked Italian bread made into garlic bread with sweet butter, fresh roasted garlic and fresh Italian parsley and drizzled with olive oil.

Then the topper was my Mom's (RIP) ICE BOX CAKE!!!

EFFIN YUMMMMMIIIEEEE!!!! It tasted like the good ole days.
