I'm sure it was red or orange but ten years on the dash made the color different 🤣 -
The Columbia House ones were of all different colors (including pink) because their chincy labels would fall off and then the only way you could remember what was on them was by the color.Gustard X26 Pro DAC

That looks like a stack of 8-tracks on a blue coffee table.
I see a few pink ones in there. -
There's something about the "kerchunk" of an 8 track changing tracks that's missing from modern equipment.

There is a famous “Fork in the Road” artwork in Pasadena. It used to sit right at the “fork”, but it was too distracting and was causing accidents, so they moved it back into a park area, further from the road.

Lots of vintage Marantz.

Turkey roosting in the tree over my house the other night. Maybe drawn by the Cicadas this year. About 50 feet up. They seem to like suburbia now.

^^ I live a 10 minute drive from downtown Columbus, OH. We get the occasional wild turkey roaming the neighborhood, they have adapted very well.2 channel: Anthem 225 Integrated amp; Parasound Ztuner; TechnicsTT SL1350; Vincent PHO-8 phono pre; Marantz CD6005 spinner; Polk SDA2BTL's; LAT International speaker cables, ZU Mission IC's and power cables all into a PS Audio Dectet Power center.
Other; M10 series II, M7C's, Hafler XL600 amp, RB-980BX, Parasound HCA-1500 amp , P5 preamp, all in storage. All vintage Polk have had crossover rebuilds and tweeter upgrades.
The best way to predict the future is to invent it.
It is imperative that we recognize that an opinion is not a fact. -

As an aside, I am still keen on someday acquiring an 8B. Heck of a fine sounding amplifier.

The two Consolettes are pretty cool, I worked on two belonging to M. Polk a few years ago.
