    OK thanks for posting the map of the US. I had no idea the bible belt was mainly in the South. For some odd reason, I thought it extended farther West. I was wrong, again. :eek:

    These are responses to everyone, just didn't have time to do the quoting thing etc......

    The reason I'm not arguing against you about your moral stance is that it's YOUR morals, not mine. Mine are not more, or less, they are different. To argue that you or anyone elses morals are to be smothered on everyone whether they want it or not is ridiculous.

    Also, your religious beliefs are yours, and not necessarily mine. Blanket covering my life with your beliefs is as ridiculous as the above, though they're basically the same.

    Freedom of religion CAN also be freedom from it as John said.....don't try to hook people into the arguement only to put every stipulation on it that you can to swing things your way. Hardcore religious righters are some of the most toxic forms of people I've met, and aside from preaching a pretty message, they act as bad if not worse than what they're condemning.....

    The arguement about 'just sex' being why you're asking about on sex with children, animals, siblings, etc is asked purely for shock factor, with no real response needed. It's a pointless question because it's completely absurd. I've said several times that I'm talking about a relationship/marriage with two consenting adults. At no point have I suggested that straight people should marry underage children, so please....spare me the insulting associations several have drawn between being **** and being a pedofile, being into beastiality, or incest.

    I know it's been said, but to even read that people think the **** population is out to recruit, or desensitize people with this type of movie really makes me sad. I mean, I wonder how many times I've been subjected in my life to being shown that it's perfectly acceptable to **** random strangers as long as the couples are straight on the screen. Please spare me the "straight world is the right way" arguement when what's being argued here is that you have a problem with someone being **** on the screen, but don't (or haven't) mention that you don't have this big of an issue with every other thing that's not jiving with your religious moral living self.

    There is a lot of hypocricy going on in here, and I hope that some of y'all are seeing that......

    i don't think sleeping around with many different partners is good whether hetero or homosexual. i've been around the block a bit, but not as much as the 'average' straight guy has. and honest to god, buddha, zeus, whoever, i wish i could take 'em all back and trade for just one wonderful woman. if i can find her, i shall contemplate marriage. but like i've already said, i will not pervert marriage with my relationship status at this moment. i do agree with you, brett, that society deems multiple sex partners to be 'the norm'. i am not selling any of that. alas, we agree on something.

    You know, without commenting either way, I find it interesting how people (this is a generalization not a comment specific to this thread or subject) that comprise a majority think that they can really put themselves in the shoes of someone fundamentally different and expect to be credible. Again, general observation here.

    My sentiments run very close to those of dorokusai. Brett and Al are my friends. Not my **** friends...no qualifiers or adjectives required. They are welcome at Chez BDT any time.

    I just gotta believe that we, as a society, got to have bigger fish to fry than a person's sexual preference....so long as it's consentual (and not kids etc)

    That's all I got to say about that.

    I'm not seeing this movie, it doesn't interest me. In fact, little out of Hollywood does, so nothing new there. I'm more interested in new releases of rock and blues SACD's. :D
