thats 1800 miles.. maybe I should form a polkie chain from here to Seattle.. pick em up listen to them for a week and then drive them to the next polkie on their way to KC.
maybe I get some polk experts to perform a few tweaks along the way -

Thank you! This website has been a great help for me. It's on my favorites and have used it like a bible lately. Only problem is, they don't have pictures of all the models, including the SDA 1, 1A or 1B, which makes it hard to tell what the different physical apperances are supposed to be - to tell the difference when purchasing?
It also seems that many owners don't even know which exact model they have...this ad is a good example.

look at the past ebay listings the guy who ran this separated the diff versions it will show you pictures.
the 1 and 1A Had the tweeters side TA side the B had the tweeters perpendicular with a fatter bottom on the box the 1C look the same as the b other than the bottom of the box -

And what sort of repairs / maintenance would likely need to be done to bring them up to fully functional and trouble free / reliable functional status? -
I'm thinking about selling my SDA CRS+.
Super nice w/orig manuals and IC cable. All original and really no imperfections at all on them..
I'm not sure what they're worth. I'm not going to give them away but I'm not using them and I don't have room for unused gear.
Any ideas on the value of them? Location Indy Purchased new in July of '87 -

Those are about right if they are in mint condition. I have seen them go as high as $2700. You should have a thread in the Flea Market stating the Polkie price without the link to craiglist. That is frowned on here at CP.
