I don't have any new photos, but I'll rerun some of my less-exhibited (and less-good, not coincidentally) examples... just because I can.
A close(r) up of one of the above-pictured gorgeously restored (and, at the time, surprisingly affordable) R/S pp 6V6 mono integrated amps.

866jr tubes in the P/S of Gary Kaufman's DIY SE 211 stereo power amplifier -- his daily driver for his marvelous Altec A5-500 loudspeakers (replete with 1505 horns and 288 treble drivers -- and Jean Hiraga's XOs). Nice hifi.The UV's so bright, I gotta wear shades...

Gorgeous photo of a gorgeous - albeit very cheap
- Chinese ValveArt branded 2A3.
My son took this photo, which is why it's better than any of mine.
These tubes had zero cachet, but they sounded good to me and - in the mid/late 1990s - cost $20 a pop. Just a notch up from the completely generic Chinese versions.
I wish they were still around/available. -
Rear-view of the MR-67 FM stereo MPX tuner. Most of the firebottles are in the "radio" part of the tuner ( high frequency/tuned circuits) and are shielded and thus invisible -- but a trio of unshielded tubes are left to hold down the fort and light up the back apron of the tuner.
