VAS Audio Citation II Monoblocks were purchased directly from Steve @ VAS. He's also the Importer for Cayin, I'm 99% sure that the Citations are built in the same factory that Cayin and Prima Luna are manufactured in, but I can't say for certain.
50 wpc in Ultra Linear, I'm thinking a little less in Triode. Amazing little amps that are deceiving in their size and weight, the Transformers are hand wound and extremely quiet. Tube Rectified and also 12AU7 and 12AX7 small signal tubes, along with all P-P wired.
I have them driving the 3.1TL's as they are a favorable load for them and they sound exceptional. With some NOS Svetlana Winged -C- EL34's the transparency is very good, along with that intoxicating EL34 midrange. But what really stands out with these little guys is the Bass. For an EL34 Amp, the Bass is as good, or better than what a pair of Quicksilver Mono 120's (KT-150's) outputs.
I also hook them up to a pair of CRS+'s occasionally when I'm needing a change up. They will drive the 2.3TL's, but are a little shy on current to really get the best out of the larger pair.
I've had them for close to four years and that's saying something for me I rolled through 3 different S.S. Amps in the last couple of years and the Citations are still in the mix.

WOW I'm sure those were not cheap! From what I've read those are "holy grail" tubes -

I actually received a quad of those when I bought a Rogue Audio Cronus Magnum several years ago, the seller included them in the sale. They still test exceptionally good, the Cronus is long gone but the Winged C's are still with me
You can still buy NOS pairs for around 2 bills, much less expensive than some NOS Mullards that have gotten completely out of reach, for me anyway

I’m looking on my phone, can’t make it out.See my profile for list of gear. -
It plugs into your rectifier socket and replaces your 5u4g, it has its own power supply you can run 2.5 volt 5 volt and 10 volt tubes. I have the scaled down version that can only take 2.5 volt and 5 volt tubes up to a 6 amp heater current.

At least there's something decent downstream.

Careful! You'll give Bob Carver Frank Malitz ideas!
Meanwhile, on Yuletide E'en Morning, in grey northern New England, the mournfully joyous strains of Jillian Ladage's utterly unique interpretation of The Holly and the Ivy echo through the hall via the big boy hifi. Gorgeously.

EDIT: Looks like one of my ol' General Who-Lectric 6SL7s is a bit ill-suited ill-seated. Need to fix that; but not on the fly
-
Yipper Doc, you might be correct...
-
I did align the 6SL7 later on today.
I mean... after all... @clipdat wouldn've been able to sleep tonight if I hadn't
I actually woulda reseated it "live". The 6SL7s are just warm to the touch, of course --- but it prolly woulda generated a bit of a pop, and the replacement value of the pair of (currently borrowed) Altec 515B woofers in the Frankenaltecs is high enough that I'd be googlin' "sell my kidney" if it was a wee bit too much of a pop.
