I also have troubles since yesterday. HDMI ARC is not working anymore. The sound suddenly stopped while it was on.
Only way to get sound from TV to the bar is via optical cable.

Hello , I am French , and I have the same problem of updating which does not want to be done . So I didn’t reconnect it to the network so I could use it.
Also , yesterday , the bar had no sound, I had to unplug it and reconnect it for it to work . Thank you for your help . -

Hello Ken, I have the same issues (not updating, HDMI ARC not working, etc). It started last year and I was not able to fix it, hours and hours waiting for support in the phone and few conversations with Tech Support people with no success at all, finally they gave up and requested information for a replacement but it seems that my warranty expired or something since they suddenly close the case with no feedback. VERY DISAPPOINTING! I also gave up.
Can you share the solution publicly? Or what is the secret here? Is there a solution?

So my command bar was also stuck in the update loop . I unplugged it to shut it up and was too busy to deal with it until today . As it's been a few weeks since the last post to this thread I was wondering if Polk has put out an update to fix this issue yet.I see that some have received replacements so that they can investigate the problem but there are no posts indicating a solution has been provided .

I reported my issues here on Nov. 5th and also got a mail vom Kim that they will send me a replacement unit. Unfortunately I didn't receive one by now.
