Since the issue seems to be still ongoing after a few months, is there a known root cause for it? Concerned that even though the issue was resolved for me with the replacement bar Kim very kindly sent me, the issue is going to come back at some point and brick this sound bar also.

After a couple of months of use my Polk Commander soundbar is also unable to connect to the TV with the same symptoms as above so I would appreciate being included in the contact list.

My Polk Command Soundbar system does not pair with Alexa despite repeated, varied attempts. This particular unit is in my children's playroom. They incessantly yell "ALEXA PLAY 'NARWAL EATING A BAGEL'" at the unit, sometimes for hours. Both have speech impediments which makes it that much more annoying. Can you please help me? I'm digging a deep hole in my backyard, not sure yet if it is for the soundbar, or my kids."

so, my command bar is making a beeping sound, almost like the tone from the emergency broadcast system, same tone and deration of beep. seems to not be updating, i tried the subwoofer unplug and reset, didn't seem to help, some days it goes off once or twice, others its every 10 minutes. this happens whether or not I'm attached to Alexa. is this the same issue?
