Hello we have had issues with the sound bar since we were gifted by our medic son (he has no time to sort with seller as he is fighting Covid). One of the problems is connecting the bar with the app, the other is with the constant updating status today. Please could you add me to the email list? Many many thanks

My bar never really updates, but the thing that is more frustrating is that the bar continues to lose its network connection and cannot be found on our Polk Connect app at all. I have had the bar for a week and have had to re register it at least five times. Our wireless hub is less than 20 feet from the bar and I even put a mesh extender less than a foot from the bar after having connectivity issues multiple times. Now the bar is connected to our network per the AT&T app, but not connected to our network per the sound bar.
Kenny Swags (aka Kenneth Swauger) you got some way to help me out here since you got the hookup for everyone else? -

I wonder if Polk did a software update that was buggy, and broke all the soundbars. A few months ago Samsung did a software update and broke their Blue Ray players.Lumin X1 file player, Westminster Labs interconnect cable

I am also experiencing same issue of 'update' on command bar since last 5 days...can u also forward my email to overcome this issue....would be grateful -
1. Since, past four months, unable to connect Polk command bar using ARC with TV. Can't understand what suddenly happened after successfully using it for a year before this issue.
2. Also, unable to power up firetv stick with Command bar and to make matters worse, it is not getting detected in TV when connected to HDMI 2 port...So I had to directly connect firetv stick with TV.
3. Lastly, now command bar has stuck in continuous update mode.
These three issues, as said above have rendered the use of Command bar almost zero.

@KennethSwauger I need help with mine as well. I have tried to do everything I have seen suggested here with no luck. I’m to the point of trashing it. Only reason I haven’t is because it was a birthday gift from my husband and kids. And this is the first real problem I have had with it. Could you please add me to the email list. @KennethSwauger - I'm having both problems listed in this forum, "update available" infinite loop (factory reset didn't solve it) and HDMI ARC no longer working. Can you add me to the list for having Polk Audio contact to resolve the "update available" infinite loop issue? Thanks!
