Both his dry Yankee wit and his frugality with words became legendary. His wife, Grace Goodhue Coolidge, recounted that a young woman sitting next to Coolidge at a dinner party confided to him she had bet she could get at least three words of conversation from him. Without looking at her he quietly retorted, “You lose.”

I was taught that a gentleman does not query another gentleman as to the size of his display.

    Even if measured diagonally.

Nice TV! That one or the Samsung 82" are on my radar to replace my SHARP 70" at some point. However, I don't feel a strong need as of yet. No rush for 4K.

Latest system pics after purchase of PS Audio Stellar Gain Cell DAC/Preamp. Also note the fairly new Vizio 65" P65-F1 4k UHD TV:

You might want to eliminate the "toe-in" on the Big SRT's... they were intended to sound their best facing straight ahead.

    Hi Steve,

They are smooth. Based on things I heard about the Q100's, I thought they'd be tipped up or bright but, thankfully, they're very well balanced with gobs of detail. Tonal accuracy is quite good. I guess KEF worked hard on changing the reproduction between the previous model & the current model. I like them quite a bit!
