Looks like a good Winter Project. I'm listening to some 3.1TL's that were soo rough when I got them, I had to not only replace the cloth, I also had to replace the grill frames and the side panels because they were so stained with pet urine.

Replaced the top and bottom caps as they were beat to crap as well. Amazingly the front bezel and backs, including all the drivers were in excellent condition, the only reason I bought them They have turned out to be some of the best pair of SDA's I've had over the years.

My 2b's were a basket case as well. A challenge it is to fix up some of these old, abused speakers. One I love to tackle. Ones man's junk is.....

This was a freebie set 2b studios that I was given. Thought for sure I would part them out when I first saw them. A couple hours later I changed my mind.

Sounds like my house. My teen daughter started asking for my R200s as soon as she saw them. Needless to say they are now in her room. I am so happy that she enjoys good music that I have no problem setting her up.

Polk SDA-1s for $400...mismatched tweeter...near Denver. But it's OK...they're in "good working condition."

I'd probably offer less than $150.

My 3.1TL's get about the same milage as the 2.3TL's, both have their strong points.

Those are first gen SDA2 NOT SDA1 of any kind
