Polk SDA-1s for $400...mismatched tweeter...near Denver. But it's OK...they're in "good working condition."

I'd probably offer less than $150.

My 3.1TL's get about the same milage as the 2.3TL's, both have their strong points.

All monitor 4 I've come across had MW6502
There may be some with MW6500 maybe, I've not experienced that.

Would not be difficult to mod the Mon4 for Peerless tweets. I've had a few Mon 4 and all MW6502 like Pitt stated.

I have a pair of black basket MW6500 I purchased on eBay that are stamped "M4" by Polk. I was a little worried that maybe the resonant frequency might not be as low as the ones they select for the larger monitors but they sound great in my 7Bs.

So far all the example pictures I have found of the M4s seem to show that they have their own unique and different tweeter from the higher up monitor models.

Oops scratch that......makin' a liar of myself I just found a picture of one with a Peerless. I wonder if that is the one that may have been equipped with the MW6500

I have 2 sets of m4s, m5a and m7's all with mw6500... (and all with Peerless tweeters)

Those aren't original passive radiators on these. Looks like they took some from another model and put them in there. Don't know how that would affect the sound as they probably have different specs.

He also has them on short stands which I presume is to center the tweeters horizontally with the screen. I don't think I've seen that before either.
