Nice Halo, I had no idea what they were.
Emlyn, I think it is a DIY project since the drivers look like either HiVi D8.8's or D6.8's.
-
Hint: it was one of the original designs from a company that is still in business using similar driver arrangements. Some forum members have owned later designs.
-
Not by Orb Audio are they?--Gary--

We have a winner. Gallo Acoustics Nucleus Reference. As far as being DIY, I think the designer might have put them together in his apartment to start with.

Some kind of Harbeth (latter day LS-3/5A thingy, by the looks of it)? -
Half way there. I will be nice the Harbeth names are weird anyway since half of there speakers look identical.
It's a Harbeth HL-P3. -
OK, I have one.
They left the nest a few years ago now, but I still think of them from time to time
design is where science and art break even. -
I only know 'cause I saw them Somewhere Else today :-) DCM timewindow 2. I've never seen a pair IRL, nor do I have any recollection of them from "back in the day".
