At this point I'm probably out. When I first committed I wasn't buying a new house. I have a lot of projects and money wrapped up in the new abode so I'm not sure I'll have the cash to make the trip this year.

Plus, I'm sort of gearing up for PF 2012 at HQ. No offense Steve as Florida is a lovely place to hold a PF. I'll have to let you know for certain at the end of the Summer.

Fishbones, why not do both in Orlando? Being so close to a PF price is really low to you.

I encourage everyone who is on the fence to figure a way to get to a PF. No excuses if this is your first. I've been to 2 of them and the experience and comradary is off the hook. It's lots of fun.

I had totally planned on attending but, plans have changed and I may have to bow out as I stated earlier.

Polkfests are a must attend if you really want to get the dynamic of what this place is about. Meeting people face to face its sooooooo much better. Not sure how many more we have in us as things get splintered and times change so if you don't attend one soon there may be no more.

    You will not regret it.

Oh come on just slip out Friday morning before she wakes up, Leave a note saying you went for a pack of smokes. And when you get back Sunday night I can see the conversation going something like this..

fishbones: Oh, please, don't kill me! Please, please don't kill me! You know I love you baby. I wouldn't leave ya. It wasn't my fault!

Mrs fishbones: You miserable slug! You think you can talk your way out of this? You betrayed me.

fishbones: No, I didn't. Honest... I ran out of gas. I... I had a flat tire. I didn't have enough money for cab fare. There was a PolkFest. An old friend came in from out of town. Someone stole my car. There was an earthquake. A terrible flood. Locusts! IT WASN'T MY FAULT, I SWEAR TO GOD!
