    Does Matthew Polk ever shows up at any of the Polk Fests? I know Bob Carver has been showing up at Carver Fest the last few years... Just wondering....

    Matt Polk will not be at this event. He has only attended one privately held Polkfest, Maryland 2005.
    CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

    Somebody needs to start inviting him to these things, maybe one day we might get lucky and he'll show up... I don't know what he's up to now, but I'd guess he's semi-retired after selling Polk Audio, right? Maybe one day he'll say: "why the heck no? I'm not doing anything this weekend, why not visit with my fans?" Is anybody around here "close" to him?

    That's why I responded and he's always been invited. Beings he lives comfortably in Maryland, a road trip to FL is a pretty far fetched idea.
