Weather here has been freaking spectacular since Friday. We had some frost this morning, though -- 34 degrees when I got up this morning.
Of course, next weekend's the big leaf peeper weekend up here, but this weekend was pretty darned good in the Upper Valley.

I don't know if she is in a mandatory evac. zone. I think she's 5 miles inland.
I'll ask my wife about it in a minute when she gets back inside.
My wife just said Shea's place is not in a mandatory evac. zone. The Condos are not in a flood zone either.

In my college days, we viewed and studied the Galloping Gertie video in one of my Physics classes.
Also, the video was in a science fiction movie as destroyed by aliens from another galaxy. Can't remember the name of the movie.

Re: Reserve series
The Reserve line is frequently on sale at a discount but 30 percent off now is better than the usual discount and about as good as it gets. There is no word on a refresh of this line yet. I'm guessing maybe a cosmetic refresh in a couple years based on past practice.
