    marvelous,

Actually the seller went down to $900.00 and don't know what
happened or somebody will get them.

The Image is not good because I don't have a good program
here in the office to save it as .jpg.

I just want to give you an idea for it. Oh... if you want some information on it theres a phone number of the seller on the previous post.

I hope this will answer your question...

I was the person selling them. I decided not to sell and I actually would like to have another pair. They are the perfect size and the sound is great. Thanks for your quick response.

I have the 3.1 up and the 1c's in the rear. They are similar in sound however I just fell in love with the 3.1. They are very clear and I like the slim profile that fits my room size. You probablt acn;t go wrong with either. It like may things is up to the individual's listening ear. I ahve been with the forum for a year and your seldom fine the 3.1 for sale. They seem to be rare.

Yes, the 3.1TL's are VERY rare.
I'm willing to part with mine for sayyyyy... the bargain basement price of $950 cash-n-carry (I won't pay for shipping as they weigh 100 Lbs each). They are located in Indianapolis.

The 3.1's have 5 active drivers, 1 tweeter, a 12" passive radiator, they stand 48" tall. The encaps are oak and the condition is a good strong 9.9/10. They are rated for 500W and are 8 ohm speakers. One owner speakers w/receipt.

    Let me know.

How about retracting your bids, so Aaron cant get the best price he can, that is if you guys aren't going for the gusto here....

    Cheers,

My bid was only $1500.00 He will need to bid at least $2050.00 to get past the high bidder that is there now. By me retacting my bid would not change anything IMO. If I am wrong let me know and I will, but it will not change the bid of the high bidder at all?

It may or may not change, but it can roll the bidding back a little sometimes, I've seen it first hand....

Sounds like a good chance to test the theory if ya ask me....

    Lets see what happens... ;)

FYI, the only way that retracting a bid will cause a rollback is if it is the high bid.

    Not always....

    Bid is at $100

Bidder A bids $150, bid goes to $102.50
Bidder B bids $200, bid goes to $152.50
Bidder C bids $202.50, bid goes to $202.50

Bidder B retracts his bid, Bidder C is now the high bidder at $152.50, make sense? I guess maybe only the highest, or second highest bidder can affect the total, my little brain is working over-time here for some reason, I need BEER.

    Cheers,

Agree 100%....but if you want to win the auction you still have to bid over bidder C's 202.50....That's why I said that if everyone but the high bidder at $2026.00 retracted there bid....Aaron still will have to outbid them even if the auction went back to where the opening bid started at. Am I making any sence??

The TL series have the SL3000 tweeters, smoother than the older versions. Also, the crossover is better. Which one?
Some people like the older SL2000 tweeter better, to each their own. I like the TL's.
