I see these vintage Polks go for half the price in CA that I see them sell for in NJ. Probably depends greatly upon the area though. I am not far from NYC and everything is jacked up here.George / NJ

I've bought 4 pairs of 7's over the last 5 years. All of them have been for 30 dollars or less. One pair had peerless tweeters while another had the sl2500.
Vintage Polks do seem to run considerably cheaper out here in California in comparison to other states for some reason. -

At those prices, they are experiments waiting to happen lol. The 7's can afford some interior bracing mods.Don't take experimental gene therapies from known eugenicists. -

Most people just listen to music and watch movies. I EXPERIENCE them. -

That is a very early monitor 10 (but too pricey unless you are starting a Polk museum).
But did Polk really make 55,959 speakers before it? Anyone have an idea of the vintage?
