I get the impression that Polk has somewhat abandoned this forum. AVS Forum is also somewhat of a regular publication/review site so they likely have a more robust audience than the polk focused forum.

For anyone looking for the stream link, looks like they are doing it via Facebook Live: https://www.facebook.com/AVSforum.news/posts/2559204750809645
They mention YouTube as well, but this is the one they link to.
Analog: MoFi MasterTracker > MoFi UltraDeck > Sutherland 20/20
Digital: Cambridge CXC / Streaming > Cambridge CXN v2
MastersounD Dueventi > Rosso Fiorentino Certaldo or Arcam rHead > Hifiman HE4XX

AVS Forum has around 1.3 million members, or at least accounts that have been set up, so the reveal will have a big audience. They cover a lot of ground on that forum, and also have a fairly large number of hyper-opinionated trolls. It is the best source to go to for technical issues about AV electronics and video gear. Not necessarily a place I'd recommend visiting for advice on high quality two channel systems. This forum is small in numbers, big in knowledge about Polk, but ultimately a backwater on the internet.

Well, yeah -- I was lookin' for a specific link; did find a thread on the AVS Forum with a link to the FB video stream for tomorrow... there was mention of YT, as well, but no linque. :|

So (since Polk's owners are using the AVSForum)... I guess these are home theater speakers, then? ;)

AVS Forum has a very large non-Polk audience (including other companies within Sound United, such as Denon, Marantz etc.). As such, Polk might be more likely to “recruit” more new buyers there than from Club Polk. It’s probably smart to “advertise” big events there. Many AVS members might never have even heard of Polk before.

Not necessarily so... Focal also has a community presence on AVS, so definitely also for audiophiles.

Yeah, I dont post very much in that thread anymore. I have lots of posts in it earlier but nothings really being asked I haven't answered, and answered, and answered, so I just drifted out of it.

Now it’s time for all you guys asking for updated SDAs for years to put your money where your mouth is and buy them

The flagship's aesthetics are fine by me (FWIW) -- I am not crazy about the glossy finish, but as I've noted with nauseating frequency, ;) I wouldn't be part of any of their focus groups for new product development.

For a top-quality product in 2019, the price seems extremely reasonable. Heck, if you prefer, you can spend $6k for a pair of Klipsch Cornwall IVs. Other than being easier to drive, I doubt the Corny IVs would be much of a match for the new Polks.

I ran 1Cs and 2.3TLs in home theater setups for years and always found the center channel to be very useful, but not indispensable. Someone could avoid buying the center speaker and save some coin.
