    IIRC also need a very stout arc welder of an amp. One of those sets dropped down into very very low ohms.

    Maybe I could run my pre-amp wires up to my new transformer on my new telephone pole and back to the cottage to power that system.

    I don't think that transformer would break a sweat... :D
