Has anyone heard from Drew? Last I read he was seen climbing into one of the Scaena gear travel cases.

The owner was great, and played some great music.

We stayed until past show closing listening to songs. He said he would normally have played music for us for another hour or two, if it wasnt for the snowy weather.

Now you see why my wife made that comment on those speakers last year! I was happy they remembered her and got a good laugh out of it.

Lol Brian! Now I completely get it! I'm so thankful that I got to spend over an hour in that sweet spot. Truly an incredible experience that has to be heard to be fully understood.

hmm -- probably a good thing that Sansui, for all intents and purposes, doesn't exist anymore. Otherwise, they'd be suing these jaspers for trademark infringement ;)

These High Fidelity Cables RCAs are 69k.

    A bit more info, http://www.highfidelitycables.com/technology.html

Those cables would cause more than a few heads at AK to explode.

Heck, mine explodes at the thought of tryin' to board an airplane with a pair...

    3 Happy Campers/Shoppers! :)

I'd be smiling too if I was in a place with millions of dollars in stereo stuff all around me.

Is there a picture of anybody coming out of the Carver room? :#

Isn't Meijer a super store for groceries and home goods combined?

I'd have a bag of hundreds of sales flyers or those advertisement flyers to look over again at home. I use to collect them... :D

Most people just listen to music and watch movies. I EXPERIENCE them.

All you show attendees have a little homework once you’re back home and recovered. Write an essay describing your favorite room(s) and why....Just kidding. However, it would be an interesting read. I’d also like to see your opinions as to the equipment that provided very impressive sound for the money. Thanks for all the pics and opinions so far. It’s a shame about the Carver fiasco.

Good eye Tony! Yes I was lugging around a box of cigars for hours until we finally made it up to Skip’s room!

For me the room that stayed with me the most was the VAC and Von SW. room (see Drew's pic where he said "gorgeous paint job"
The realism of the sound in that room was completely intoxicating
Words do not describe it unfortunately - that was an experience I am glad to have had

As far as the others (non uber $$ rooms), really enjoyed the Bayz, LSA's and the Elac's - those mini active towers AJ built were slammin!
